About
The project consists in building a detached house following the principles of the HQE (High Environmental Quality) approach. Of the 14 HQE targets, we focused on the following themes:
— Harmonious relationship between the building and its immediate environment (Target 1)
— Quality environments for residents and users
— Integrated choice of construction processes and products (Target 2)
— Low-disturbance site (Target 3)
— Visual comfort
— Summer comfort
— Winter comfort
